Brief: Pre Planning Communication

The redevelopment of Elizabeth House is a major London scheme and an important part of Waterloo’s regeneration plans. It is a £600 million investment into Lambeth and will create 1.3 million ft2 of office space, 8,500 new jobs and significantly upgrade the streets and entrances around Waterloo Station.



Marketing and communication programme for stakeholder pre-planning consultation. We worked closely with the client, planning consultants, the architect (David Chipperfield) and other appointed agencies to deliver a successful planning consultation programme.



Lambeth granted planning approval in November 2012.
